The sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is prompting members of Washington's private school community to look inward.
A gunman opened fire during Wednesday morning baseball practice for Republican members of Congress. Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana was shot in the hip. A congressional staff member, two law enforcement officer and either a Capitol Police or Secret Service office were also wounded.
