Built in 1914, Baltimore’s Hippodrome Theater was a city landmark that hosted some of the best vaudeville acts of the day. But after years of neglect, the theater closed down and was left abandoned. Now, a unique public-private partnership has renovated and resurrected the theater, bringing cultural life back to Baltimore’s West Side.
