Saying Goodbye To The Kojo Nnamdi Show
On this last episode, we look back on 23 years of joyous, difficult and always informative conversation.
Guest Host: Jen Golbeck
Black residents make up 30 percent of Maryland’s electorate. While those who have voted have historically supported the Democratic Party for more than half a century, their support is not guaranteed.
This year, black Marylanders will choose between a Democrat, a former leader of the NAACP, and a Republican incumbent who has more than doubled his support from black voters since his first gubernatorial campaign.
We’ll dig into the latest polling of local black voters and discuss what this electorate is looking for if they don’t see their views reflected among Democrats.
