The Environmental Protection Agency announced last week that it’s going to shoulder more of the load in cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay. But some environmentalists are already saying that the new federal mandates need to be much stronger. We explore the future of the Chesapeake watershed and the players involved with the clean-up.
