Kitchen technology has come a long way since the “ice box”. Some innovations are already in your appliance store– like ovens that refrigerate casseroles before cooking them. Some are coming around the corner– like intelligent oven mitts that will tell you if food is “ready to eat” or “needs rewarming”.
