After a very public killing, sixty-five pieces of the Old Wilson Bridge are now “sleeping with the fishes,” as part of a new artificial reef for rockfish, oysters and other undersea life. Kojo finds out about man-made habitats and what role they play in the Chesapeake Bay and worldwide.
