For more than 45 years, South African photojournalist Peter Magubane has captured the people and events of South Africa on film. His photos gave face to the struggles of apartheid and he was credited by President Nelson Mandela for helping transform South Africa in the eyes of the world. Magubane joins Kojo to discuss his life, his work, and the role photojournalists play in shaping public discussion.
