Six months after the fall of Muammar Qaddafi, the prospects for stability and democracy in Libya seem remote. Fighting between rival militias and tribal groups is exposing deep divisions. Earlier this week, oil-rich eastern Libya declared itself "semiautonomous," and the interim government seems unable to assert control even in the capital, Tripoli. We get an update on the situation in Libya.
