I think the biggest issues that the D.C. Department of Transportation has to face are snow cleanup, the Metro fare increases and the lack of DC bike lanes. Also the other important responsibilities of Gabe Klein's department are the busted escalators, the Rockville Pike Interchange, the Fairfax County parkway extension and last but not least, the commuter train troubles.
