Is Energy Star Efficient?

It's a government program that helps consumers avoid electricity-guzzling appliances. But some consumer groups say the Energy Star label doesn't mean as much as you'd think. Now the federal agencies that oversee the program are reviewing the ratings system. We'll explore what this means for consumers.
