Menthol cigarettes are a problem in minority communities, especially among African-American smokers. Popular as starter cigarettes, menthols often hook younger smokers as well. We learn more about an upcoming town hall meeting on menthols and why the FDA decided not to include menthols in a recent ban on flavored cigarettes.
