Author Joseph O'Neill was born in Ireland and raised in Holland before he settled in New York. His novel "Netherland" explores the immigrant experience in the Big Apple following the September 11th attacks -- the uncertainty that consumed people from all walks of life, and the comfort found in the familiar. We talk with O'Neill about the modern American experience, and the shelter some expatriates seek out in a game few Americans appreciate: cricket.
