Lots of athletes dream of running in the Olympics. Not many, however, dream that prosthetic legs will take them there. An international panel has ruled that Oscar Pistorius can compete in this year's games on a pair of high-tech prosthetic legs that resemble blades. Observers say the ruling could have a big impact on other disabled athletes and will force sports fans to reconsider their definitions of disability.
