A Bipartisan Approach to Environmental Protection?

Listen Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008 at 12:06 p.m. in Elections, Environment, Local Elections, Maryland Elections, National Elections

But this year's race in the state's First Congressional District offers an unusual twist on the typical rhetoric, with a nine-term Republican congressman taking heat over his environmental record from his party's conservative flank. We explore that race and whether the national debate on the environment is heading toward a bipartisan consensus.
