Just days after the well-publicized death of a man in a Vancouver airport following the use of a Taser to subdue him, several more have died after being "tased," including a 20-year-old man from Frederick, MD. Are stun-guns too dangerous or is police training the issue? We look into the new controversy surrounding so-called "nonlethal" weapons.
