Most organizations in government and business recognize the value of diversity in today's workforce, whether in terms of race, culture, language or life experience. And in an era of shifting demographics and non-state threats, America's intelligence community is seeking to expand outreach to underrepresented groups. Kojo speaks with the director of diversity programs at the Central Intelligence Agency.
