It's a document that encapsulates the vision of growth for the city. The Office of Planning and Development is reviewing the District's Comprehensive Plan and creating a new Plan set to last for the next twenty years. We hear the basics of the Comprehensive Plan, and find out about the controversial issues that will be debated at tomorrow's Public Hearings.
