In 2004, Morocco's king surprised many by setting up a commission to investigate human rights abuses that occurred during the four decade rule of his father. A members of that commission joins Kojo to discuss the abuses that occurred, and the challenges & successes encountered by this first-of-its-kind commission in the Arab world.
