Ahmed Kathrada was imprisoned for 26 years alongside Nelson Mandela and Walter Sisulu. Since Kathrada's release, he's served in South Africa’s first freely elected Parliament, worked as a political advisor to President Mandela, and helped forge the future of South Africa. He joins Kojo to share his observations on the state of life and politics in South Africa today.
