Personality testing is a $400 million dollar industry and its growing. But some are skeptical about the claims of neutrality that accompany these tests. We look at how the promises and limitations of personality tests like the Myers-Briggs indicators, and ask how useful they are in recruiting employees, evaluating workplace interactions, and the like.
