Andy Jacobs, Jr. Often called "the most unorthodox person to ever hold the title of Congressman." For some 20 years, he railed against everything from political pork to congressional pay raises to the national anthem. Now retired from Congress, Jacobs joins Kojo and proves he's even more outspoken now than he was while in the House.
