Every summer, District officials brace for a spike in crime and violence across the city. For the last five years, they've worked closely with Peaceoholics, a non-profit targeting at-risk youths. We examine patterns of juvenile crime, and Peaceoholics' innovative and occasionally controversial approach to young people.
