A comprehensive effort to restore the environmental health of the Chesapeake Bay will reach its 25th anniversary on Dec. 9. But despite that effort, some people say the Chesapeake is every bit as much at risk as it was in 1983. We explore the history of this environmental movement, and where efforts to rescue the bay are likely to go in the future.
