Montgomery County Domestic Workers Proposal

Legislation proposed this week could make Montgomery County the first jurisdiction in the nation to require an employment contract for any domestic employees that work more than 20 hours per week. Kojo hears the pros and cons of the proposal from legislators who'll be voting on the issue.
