It's no secret that Europe and the U.S. haven't always seen eye-to-eye on global warming. This week, they're trying to address that rift with two separate meetings on climate change in New York and Washington. We talk with Germany's Environment Minister about his country's philosophy and the prospects for co-operation among industrialized economies.
