Stressed-out Washingtonians look forward to it every year: the summer vacation. But this year, getting to your destination of choice is harder than usual. Airlines said nearly a third of flights were delayed in June -- and July and August weren't expected to be much better. We'll look at what's causing the air travel snares and whether there are any quick fixes for the problems.
