Despite a high rate of doctors per person, too many residents in our region live without adequate access to medical care. And 2007 may be a watershed year -- with the closure of the Washington Free Clinic, the administrative and medical problems at Greater Southeast Hospital, and the possible closure of Prince George's County Hospital. Kojo talks about the opportunities and impediments to building healthy communities in our region.
