Spanish Peace Process with Basque Separatists

The March 2006 announcement of a permanent truce between the Spanish government and Basque separatists was greeted with optimism after nearly four decades of armed conflict. But peace talks didn't begin until December, and a bombing this week at Madrid's airport may derail the process entirely. We find out the latest, and look at the history of the Basque people, often referred to as Europe's oldest inhabitants.
