A notorious rebel leader in northern Uganda came out of hiding yesterday for talks with UN officials. Joseph Kony has been accused of fostering decades of conflict and kidnapping scores of children to serve in his ad-hoc army. We hear about why he’s talking to the UN and whether the conflict is drawing to a close.
