Since 1981, Virginia's 10th Congressional District- encompassing Loudoun and Frederick Counties- has been represented by Republican Frank Wolf. But this corner of Virginia has experienced rapid transformations in wealth and demographics in recent years. And Democrat Judy Feder thinks she can pull of an upset. We talk with both candidates.
