Firsthand Accounts of Iraq

Listen Wednesday, Jun. 28, 2006 at 1:06 p.m. in Arts & Culture, Conflict, Politics, Society

What would the Iraq War look like without the media middlemen? Filmmakers gave digital cameras to five soldiers and asked them to chronicle their year-long deployment to the Sunni Triangle. The result was a new documentary feature called "The War Tapes." We get a first-hand account of Iraq from a soldier's perspective.
