Leaders at last week's G8 summit agreed to double aid to Africa by 2010. Some hail this as a great accomplishment. Others view it as a feel-good plan likely to make little difference in African poverty. Critics explain some of the unresolved issues that impact African poverty -- including agricultural subsidies, climate change, debt reduction, and genocide.
