Ethnomusicologist Tim Duffy saw the hard life many blues artists and mountain musicians were living, and wanted to help. So he created a foundation -- part recording company, part artist management service, and part social welfare agency. As the Music Maker Foundation turns ten years old, we revisit some of the music.
