Loudoun County Secession

When the Virginia Supreme Court invalidated restrictions to slow rapid residential growth in Loudoun County last month, communities in the rural west cried foul. Now they are threatening to secede, creating a new Catochtin County. A discussion on the politics of growth, the urban/rural divide, and the feasibility of secession.
