State budgets are feeling squeezed, and across the U.S., nearly two-thirds are considering MAJOR changes to their school finance systems. But might a recent legal decision ordering New York City to add over 9 billion dollars to its education budget be an indication of things to come? We'll look at how we fund our local education systems and what challenges we can expect in the future.
